		<description>JMR&#039;s piece is better than most, but still comes across a bit tepid.  The bottom line is that the civil rights argument is pure falsehood.  Homosexuals have the same marriage rights as heterosexuals.  This is strictly about the definition of marriage.  If it were some relatively inconsequential term like cleave, there would be little problem for it to have two opposite meanings.  However, this is an institution that is at the very foundation of society.

The opposition knows that this fact garners them no sympathy, and forces them to use a fraudulent &quot;civil rights&quot; argument.  This is just one more instance of lies being held for truth.</description>
