The results, in my view, were not pretty--and in some respects are downright disturbing. Somehow, I think the chances that Iowa stays red for the 2008 presidential just went to absolute zero. But the Iowa GOP will be "pure"! Evangelicals and/or social conservatives (seemingly the same thing to some in the media, of course) flexed their muscles in Iowa over the weekend. The results, in my view, were not pretty–and in some respects are downright disturbing. Somehow, I think the chances that Iowa stays red for the 2008 presidential just went to absolute zero.
