The results, in my view, were not pretty--and in some respects are downright disturbing. Somehow, I think the chances that Iowa stays red for the 2008 presidential just went to absolute zero. But the Iowa GOP will be "pure"! Evangelicals and/or social conservatives (seemingly the same thing to some in the media, of course) flexed their muscles in Iowa over the weekend.
