It was, amazingly, a religion-less day in the Romney news yesterday.  This is a trend I hope continues as the election gets increasingly serious.  So, just a few links:

McCain campaign denies producing Wednesday's YouTube assault.  The game changes a little – there was no such denial regarding Cynthia Mosteller - but then there was no offficial campaign then either.  The phrase "plausible deniability" comes to mind.

Blogs look to figure large this campaign.  They certainly did Wednesday.  Going with Instapundit is more than simply "replying in kind" – it is a snub to the MSM.

The WSJ Washington Wire (subscription required) notes Romney's mea culpa on Instapundit.

The DNC is taking Romney very seriously.  That's the good news.  They sound so much like an echo of the "flip-flop" attacks on Kerry as to sound pathetic.  That's also good news, at least for Republicans.
