Today’s Reading List - October 4, 2006
…is mighty thin.
Seems Romney blogs are in the news. I am going to be fascinated when someone one writes the book about blogs and '08. I think this is the first election where blogs will reach their stride, instead of just be feeling their way.
Get Religion considers "The Question."
Lowell: Not much new there. In fact, the post revisits some pretty tired ideas, including this concluding paragraph:
Will Romney be up-front about these issues? Will he publicly affirm all of the beliefs of Mormonism? Or will he downplay them and hope nobody notices?
It seems a little silly to wonder whether a presidential candidate will "affirm all of the beliefs of" his church. Has any presidential candidate ever done so? Why should Romney?
Polling - too sterile to conclude anything.
