You&#039;re right - voters can ast as they see fit.  I think Noval&#039;s comment was meant to be illustrative and not legal.

The basic point is that many evangelicals are eliminating Romney solely becasue he is Mormon - american tradition would indicate that voters should think a little more deeply than that, which is what this blog is all about.</description>
